Elm Street Bakery's September statement from Wells Fargo has 6 pages. Check 2219 was read as $1,250.00 instead of $1,520.00, so the rows did not add up to the closing balance the bank printed.

Questions about pages and billing
- What counts as a page?
- Each page of a statement that ties out counts once, so a 6-page statement uses 6 pages. Downloading it again, or in another format, uses nothing.
- What if a statement fails the balance check?
- It is not counted until it ties out, as the Elm Street Bakery example above shows.
- Do unused pages roll over?
- No. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month, and pages you did not use do not carry over.
- Does adding people cost anything?
- No. Members are free on every plan, so you can add a seasonal viewer for tax season without changing your plan.
- What happens when a payment fails?
- The firm becomes read-only. Nobody can start a new conversion, but existing conversions and the download record stay readable and downloadable, and nothing is deleted for non-payment. Only the owner can change the plan or the card.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. Billing is monthly only, with no annual plan, and your plan runs to the end of the month you already paid for.
- How do I try my bank first?
- Convert one statement free without an account, up to 10 pages. Check your bank before you upload, and read its published figure on Accuracy by bank.
